1. What do we need to do to have our Civil Ceremony / Partnership at Springfort Hall Hotel Cork?

The first step the wedding couple must take is to apply for approval to the Health Services Executive Civil Registration Office. Each couple must apply directly as the hotel may not apply on their behalf.

 

2. How long in advance should we apply?

Applications should be made to the Health Services Executive Office at least three months before the wedding. However, it is advisable to apply as far in advance as possible to guarantee requested dates.

 

3. How many people can we have at our ceremony?

The maximum capacity for the ceremony at the hotel is 300 guests in our Banqueting Hall. The minimum capacity is 20 guests in one of our smaller rooms.
